By using Moneio ("the app"), you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Moneio is a personal finance tracking application that helps you manage accounts, track transactions, set budgets, monitor debts and credits, and receive AI-powered financial insights.

2. Subscriptions

• Moneio offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription with full access
• Pro subscription is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription
• A free trial period may be offered. At the end of the free trial, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

3. AI Assistant

• The AI Assistant provides general financial insights based on your data. It is not a licensed financial advisor
• AI responses are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional financial advice
• Use of the AI Assistant requires explicit consent to share financial data with our server
• Free users receive a limited number of AI messages per day. Pro users have unlimited access

4. User Data

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter
• You retain ownership of all data you create in the app
• We do not access your bank accounts or financial institutions

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• Abuse the AI service (e.g., automated queries, excessive requests)

6. Disclaimer

Moneio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data or insights provided by the app. The app is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
